我們負責雲林縣地價稅、土地增值稅、房屋稅、契稅、使用牌照稅、印花稅、娛樂稅、土石採取稅、田賦(目前停徵)等地方稅的稽徵,並將各科執掌列表如下,歡迎批評賜教。

提供多元化繳稅方式
繳稅說明: 提供各項網路繳稅、委託轉帳、自動櫃員機轉帳、信用卡與網路繳稅及便利商店繳稅說明及逾期繳納滯納金利息說明,以宣導多元繳稅。
*現金繳稅
爭取合作金庫於本局設置自動提款機,便利民眾提款繳稅。並於開徵期間,洽請斗六市農會派員駐本局代收稅款,使民眾可提款、補單、繳稅一次完成,免除奔波之苦。
*委託轉帳
可利用本人、配偶或受扶養親屬之金融機構或郵局存款帳戶,填寫轉帳委託約定書或填妥繳款書背面廣告回函辦理轉帳納稅,於繳納期限最後一天才扣款,且於扣款成功後寄發轉帳繳納稅款證明。
*ATM自動櫃員機轉帳納稅
各稅目開徵期間可持金融卡貼有(跨行:提款+轉帳+繳稅)標籤之自動櫃員機繳稅,並依轉帳繳稅操作說明及操作步驟轉帳扣款,當日銀行帳戶扣款繳稅截止日午夜十二時,利用自動櫃員機轉帳手續費由地方稅稽徵機關負擔。
*網際網路繳稅
於房屋稅、地價稅、使用牌照稅開徵之繳納期間內皆可透過網際網路繳稅,手續費由地方稅稽徵機關負擔,方便、省時且二十四小時無休。
*信用卡繳稅
納稅人應繳地方稅均可使用納稅義務人本人或營利事業負責人名義持有之信用卡,於稅款繳納截止日當日二十四時前繳納,納稅人須支付發卡機構服務費,服務費收取標準請洽各發卡機構。
*利用便利超商繳稅
自九十三年五月起開徵之各稅(含房屋稅、地價稅及使用牌照稅),將有統一、來來0K、全家、萊爾富等四家便利超商加入代收稅款服務,免代收手續費。

To strive for the Cooperative Bank to set Automatic Teller Machines in this office for the convenience of people。And during the levy period, inviting the Farmers’ Association of Touliu city to send their personnel to reside in this office for tax collections, thus people could withdraw money、make up tax sheets and make tax payments once for all to avoid being busy running about。
Authorized Account Transfer
People could use his own savings account from the post office or financial institute (or accounts of the spouse or relatives who are raised by him) and fill up the agreement of account transfer authorization or fill up the back of tax notification sheets to process the account transfer tax payment, and the deduction would occur on the last day of the levy period, and the payment certificate will be mailed to the taxpayer after the deduction being successfully made。
ATM Account Transfer Payment
During the levy period, people could pay tax for each tax item at the ATM with the ATM service card which labeled 「Go across Banks: Withdraw + Transfer + Tax Payment」, and make the account transfer according to the operation instructions and the due time for the account transfer payment is the last day of the levy period at 12:00 P.M. midnight。Using ATM for the tax payment and the Revenue Tax Office will pay the fee for account transfer。
Internet Tax Payment
First, apply for the software of E purse and obtain the identification data, and then pay the house tax、land value tax、and vehicle license tax during the levy period through the network。The processing fees will be paid by the Revenue Tax Office, and it is convenient、time saving、and it runs 24 hours。
Credit Card for Tax payment
To pay the local taxes, the taxpayer or the person who is in charge of the profit-seeking business could use his own credit card and pay the tax before 24 hours of the due date。 (The taxpayer needs to pay the service fee of the card-issue institutes, and please contact the card-issue institutes for the service charge)
Tax Payment by Convenient Supper Stores
For those tax items which will be levied starting from May 2004 (including house tax、land value tax and vehicle license tax), there are convenient supper stores like Tung-Yi、Fu-ChunOK、Chuan-Chia、Fu-Ke-To、Lai-Ern-Fu and etc. which will have the tax collection services, and the service fee is free。

與監理機關連線: 與監理機關數據機連線,直接於地方稅稽徵機關即可查詢車籍資料、欠稅補單及車輛違章紀錄資料,以減少書證使用,避免民眾兩地奔波。
戶政機關連線 可經由戶政連線系統,查詢戶籍資料,可取得最新現籍及除戶資料,隨時掌握納稅人聯絡住址,簡化民眾補正資料手續。
財稅網路系統連線 跨縣市查詢全國財產歸戶查詢及土地增值稅享用自用住宅用地查詢,以達到「零等待」、隨時取件及享有跨區作業便利。

對原經核准免徵使用牌照稅車輛,因身心障礙手冊後續鑑定日期屆滿,利用電腦挑檔,自動產出名冊,郵寄原車主,通知補件,免再至本局重新申請,簡化申請手續。
縮短行政流程、簡化作業程序,使用牌照稅退稅,部分改以現金退稅。
設計委託轉帳無法提兌原因通知單,讓納稅人自行填寫核對資料之空白欄位及終止約定簽名蓋章處供納稅人填寫寄回,以簡化轉帳代繳之手續。
